Clients fill the Proxy, which including the information of shipper, receiver, origin, destination, required routine/booking confirm, declared price, insurance, attached file, gross weight, shipping classification, charged weight, cargo description, volume, signature, date and etc.
2、Documentation
The required documentations include the invoice, packing list, shipping order, license, certificate of inspection and quarantine, verification sheet, claimed settlement, FOB letter of indemnity, and seal.
3、Booking
As long as receiving the booking information, ZHC will fill the formal booking bill of airlines and provide the corresponding info, such as cargo description, volume, weight, item number, destination, estimated shipped date and etc. The airlines will allocate the space and airfreight. ZHC will arrange the optimal routine and carriers as your request and provide the most competitive freight.
4、Cargo delivery
Self-delivery: forwarder will forward shipper the warehouse map and indicate the contact person, phone, address and time to make sure the on-time delivery.
Forwarder delivery: shipper provides the correct pick-up address, contact person, phone, time and other related information to make sure the on-time delivery.
5、Custom clearance
Forwarder will clear the custom as long as all documentation is completed and wait for the custom release.
6、Expense settlement
All the expense shall be settled before the flight take-off.

1. If custom department has any enquiry of the cargo, they will hold the transportation; because of the weather factor, the airline may need to take into account of more fuel and control the boarding cargo weight.
